"Another year without the poster contest, and the passing of a local merchant/friend. Kebba Fatty (from Gambia), to whom this poster was dedicated.
150 were hand silk-screened in 5 colors."

. About the artist John Flores:
Born in Riccione, Italy, raised in East Africa, Spain and Italy. Graduated from the Rome Institute of Art in 1967.

Instrumental in creating Rome's first 'underground' newspaper "Madria" in 1969.

Living in the US since 1970, moved to San Francisco in 1976, and got involved with the Haight Ashbury Streetfair and Haight St. merchants, creating many Posters, Logo's, awnings and signs.

Multifaceted artist working in many mediums, including acrylic, watercolour, pen and ink, collage, papermache�, clay and... computers.
